This week is about stabilizing your emotions and reclaiming your energy after the breakup. You’ll learn how to commit to true no contact — not to punish them, but to protect your peace. Together, we’ll unpack the illusion of early connection, understand the chemical pull of inconsistent love, and begin soothing your nervous system through grounding, nature, and daily self-care rituals that remind your body it’s safe to rest and release.

Reconnecting With Yourself

Once the fog lifts, it’s time to turn inward. This week helps you understand your attachment style, release trapped emotions, and rebuild the trust you’ve lost with yourself. You’ll practice choosing you over anxiety, detox insecure patterns, and reconnect to your body through meditation and mindful self-check-ins. We’ll also bring joy back into your healing with solo “date nights” that remind you how worthy, magnetic, and whole you already are.

Rewriting Your Love Blueprint

This final week is where everything integrates. You’ll release outdated beliefs about love and define what safety, reciprocity, and alignment truly mean for you. Together, we’ll identify your unmet needs, reset your energetic frequency, and create closure that actually lasts. By the end of this week, you’ll be ready to embody your secure self — grounded, peaceful, and open to love that feels as good as it looks.
